PLUMB FOR COMPLETION OF CIVIC <br /> CENTER SEWER PROJECT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Frank C. Plumb on the Civic Center Sewar <br /> Project has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br /> at which Final Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Sectlgn 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare <br /> <br /> a warrant in the amount of $1~,631.70 in favor of <br /> Frank C. Plumb in satisfact~on of Final Progress <br /> Payment for work on the Civic Center SewSr Project. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is authorized to file a notice of <br /> <br /> completlon. <br /> <br />Section 3.
