CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-162 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, 1973 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of October 15, 1973, a check <br /> register was presented to the City Council, signifying <br /> checks which were dispensed from September 1, 1973 to <br /> September 30, 1973; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the claims contained therein Were for approved functions <br /> of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br /> the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 000,638 thru 000934 <br /> dated from September 1, 1973 to September 30, 1973 in the <br /> total amount of $350,070.97.are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2.
