CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF' CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br />AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT ~qI~ SOUTHER~ PACIFIC <br />TRANSPORTATION COMPANY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Cit!~ of Pleasanton desires to install a 10-inch <br /> water pipeline on property belonging to Southern <br /> Pacific~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Southern Pacific has prepared the necessary easement <br /> agreement which has been reviewed by City Staff and <br /> found to be sufficient for City's purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, T~EREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />sec~z[~m !.: the Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of <br /> the City..o~f Pleasanton an easement agreement with <br /> Southern Pacific Transportation Company pertaining <br /> to an easement for the 10-inch water pipeline on <br /> the Railroad ' S property. <br /> <br />SeCtion' 2: Thi~ ResOlutiOn shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage an~"~option. <br /> <br />DATED: 'February 4, 1974 <br /> <br />ATTEST; <br /> <br />WiUi~~a~a~, ~ dlerk <br /> <br />Approved as to form <br /> <br /> <br />
