CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-40 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF FOOTHILL ROAD FROM <br />FAI 580 to SOUTHERLY OF STONERIDGE DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an agreement dated March 18,1974 <br /> whereby City and County are to share responsibility for <br /> installation of certain street improvements on Foothill <br /> <br />Road from FAI 580 to Southerly of Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, said agreement appears to be desirable and in the public <br /> <br /> interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the agreement dated March 18, 1974 with the County <br /> of Alameda, providing for the sharing of responsibility <br /> for the installation of street improvements on Foothill <br /> Road from FAI 580 to Southerly of Stoneridge Drive is <br /> approved and the appropriate City officers instructed to <br /> <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br />Section 2.
