CITY OF PL~ASANTON COUMTy OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 74-28 DECLARING T~AT WEEDS, RUBBISH OR R~FUSE UPON OR IN FRONT OF CBRTAIN DESCRIB=D PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF SETTING A PUBLIC REARING IN REGARD ~0 SAME. WHEREAS, there is attached hereto and incorporated by reference heroin as if fully set forth heroin e list of properties to which the declaration heroin applies; and WHEREAS, said list of properties specifically sets forth street, lot and block numbers according to the official assessment map for each piece of property included therein; and WHEREAS, the properties listed therein have, upon or in f~ont of them, weeds, rubbish or refuse, ~m~h as defined by S39561.5 of the Government Code; and WHEREAS, after consideration of evidence both oral and documentary it appears clear that said weeds, rubbish or refuse are a public nuisance in that they constitute a fire hazard, or that s~=~materials are noxious or dangerous, and as such are detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the City of Pleasanton, and as such shall be removed; and WE~R~AS, it appears that the public nuisances referred to heroin are recurrent and seasonal in nature; NOW, TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: SeCtion 1. That the weeds, rubbish or refuse upon or in front of the properties described in the list attached hereto and in- corporated by reference herein are declared a public nuisance and are to be abeted and removed pursuant to the pro~ec}ure provided for in S39560, et seq, of the GOvernment Code. Section 2. That the public nuisances described heroin are of a seasonal and recurrent nature.
