CITY OF PLEAS/~NTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.. 74,25 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION .FOR ELECTION <br />OFFICERS AND RENTAL OF POLLING P~CES WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF pLEASANTON. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a municipal election will occU~ in the Cit~ of <br /> <br /> Pleasanton on March 5, 1974; and <br /> <br />W~EREAS, by Resolution No. 74-13.(Appointing Precinct Officers <br /> and Designating Pollin9 Ptaces) the City council has <br /> established certain PreCinct Officers and designated <br /> <br />polling places within the City. of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to compensate those persons who have <br /> <br /> agreed to be Precinct Officers for the March 5 election <br /> as well as compensate those individuals whol are allowing <br /> their residences to be used as polling places. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF-THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Compensation for Election Officers shall be as <br /> <br />.s~cti0n !. <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Inspectors: $25.00 <br /> Judges: $21.00 <br /> Clerks: $21.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2.. Compensat~n for po'lling places shall be $20'..00.. <br /> Section 3~ Resolutioxx No. 73'35 (Consolidating Precincts, <br /> Designating Polling Places, Appointing Election Officers, and <br /> Fixing Compensation TP~refore) is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> Section4.
