Envirenmental ImpaCt <br />Statement (EIS) means an envirenmental impact repert pre- <br />pared pursuant te the Natienal Envirenmental Pelicy Act <br />'(NEPA). The Federal Gevernment uses the term EIS in the <br />pl~Fe ef the term EIR which is used in CEQA. <br /> <br />Feasible. Feasible means capable ef being accemplished in <br />a successful manner by reasenably available, ecenemic and <br />werkable means. <br /> <br />Guidelines. Guidelines means Sectien 15000 et seq. ef <br />the Califernia Administrative Cede. <br /> <br />Initial Study.
