under said Municipal Improvement Act of 1913~ and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURT!IER RESOLVED that Monday, the 13th day of <br /> <br />May, 1974, at the hour of 8-:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the <br /> <br />meeting place of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Justice <br /> <br />Court Chambers, 30 W. Angela St., Pleasanton, California,is hereby fixed as <br />the time,and place for hearing protests with relation to the proposed <br />improvements and acquisitions described in said report; that any person <br />interested in objecting to said improvements and acquisitions,.the <br />grades to which the work will be done, or has been done, the extent <br />ofthe assessment district, the assessment, or the engineer's esti- <br />mate of cost and expenses, or any other act or determination of the <br />City .Council or the Engineer of Work of the assessment district may <br />file protest in writing with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton <br />at or before the hour fixed herein for hearing thereon; and <br /> <br /> BE I~ FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Pleasanton be, and he is hereby, directed to publish a Notice of Im- <br /> provement pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code of the State <br /> of California, the first of which said notices to be first published <br /> at least twenty (20) days prior to the date herein set for hearing <br /> <br />of protests; and ; <br /> - ~ <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the Citylof <br /> Pleasanton be, and he is hereby, further directed to cause NOtices ~ <br /> of Improvement to be posted on all of the open streets within the <br /> district described in ~he Resolution of Intention at not more than <br /> three hundred feet apart on each street so posted in accordance with <br /> the requirements of Sections 10302 and 10303 of the Municipal Improve- <br /> ment Act of 1913; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that notices of the adoption of the <br /> Resolution of Intention and filing of the Engineer's Report shall <br /> be mailed, postage prepaid, to all persons owning real property to <br /> be assessed whose names and addresses appear upon the last equalized <br /> assessment roll for taxes, or as known to the City Clerk.
