RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 74-~6 ,

<br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE I[eROVEMENTS AND ACQUISITIONS
<br />'TO BE ~DE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-1,
<br /> STONERIDGE CENTER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA
<br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasan~on,
<br />
<br />Alameda County, California, that it is the intention of said City
<br />Council to order the following improvements and acquisitions to
<br />bemade in Assessment District No. 1974-1, Stoneridge.Center, City of
<br />
<br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, to wit:
<br />
<br />The construction and reconstruction of a portion of
<br />Foothill Road including clearing and grading, subbase,
<br />base, aspbaltic concrete pavement, A.C. berms, pavement
<br />striping and traffic signs, and curb and gutters; storm
<br />drainage facilities, including conduit, storm water inlets,
<br />manholes, temporary inlet structures, and temporary ditch-
<br />ing; sanitary sewer pipe; irrigation facilities and land-
<br />scaping including all piping, valves and appurtenances
<br />and all plants, shrubs, and trees; street signalization
<br />systems, underground and/or overhead electrical and gas
<br />facilities and underground telephone system, including
<br />all necessary appurtenances; and all other improvements
<br />and appurtenances for the completion of the public improve-
<br />ments in Assessment District No. 1974-1; together with the
<br />acquisition of any rights-of-way or land necessary thereto.

<br />BElT RESOLVED that said improvements to be constructed in
<br />
<br />the streets, avenues, lanes, courts, roads, places and/or public
<br />
<br />ways hereinabove described, will be of dimensions, materials, and
<br />in the particular locations, as set forth and shown on the plans
<br />and specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred to;
<br />together with the construction of all appurtenances thereto, includ-
<br />ing necessary fittings, trenchings, grading and regrading, excava-
<br />
<br />tion and fill, removal of obstructions, connections to existing
<br />
<br />services, back filling, reconstruction of existing ground surface
<br />
<br />as required to conditions existing prior to commencement of construc-
<br />
<br />tion, all in the manner, of the materials, and to the dimensions.
<br />and to the grades, and in the particular locations as the same will
<br />
<br />be more fully shown on the plans and specifications and detailed
<br />
<br />drawings hereinafter referred to;
