CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-002 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING RICHARD WHITSEL AS <br />TRUSTEE OF THE ALAMEDA COUNTY MOSQUITO <br />ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to expiration of the term of Richard Whitsel, a vacancy has occurred on the <br /> Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Whitsel is eligible for reappointment to the position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Richard Whitsel is mappointed as Pleasanton's representative and Trustee of the <br />Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District for a two year term, which term <br />expires on December 31, 2002, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 9, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, MiChelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />Pe(~g .
