RESOLUTION NO.74-79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK AND AUTtIORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasan- <br /> <br />ton, Alameda Countg, California, that MacKAY & SOMPS be, and they <br />are hereby, appointed as Engineer of Work for the doing of all neces- <br />sary engineering~work and exercising.all of the engineering functions <br />provided for under the provisions of the MUnicipal Improvement Act of <br />1913 in connection with the improvements and acquisitions to be made <br />in proposed Assessment District No. 1974-5 , Stoneridge Center, City <br />of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of the-said <br /> <br />MacKAY & SOMPS shall be as provided in the attached agreement; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor Of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof be <br />authorized to attest, that certain agreement employing the said <br />MacKAY & SOMPS as Engineer of Work for said assessment district. <br /> <br /> , · · <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was.duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the- <br /> . - r <br />22ndday of April, 1974, by the following vote, <br /> <br />AYES: eouncilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: Councilmen NOne <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmen None <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br />. <br /> c___, <br /> <br />tO wit: <br /> <br />Councilwoman Le Cla{Te <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
