<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton,
<br />Alameda County, California, that it is the intention of said City
<br />Council to order the following improvements and acquisitions to
<br />
<br />be made in Assessment District NO. 1974-4, Stoneridge Center, City of
<br />
<br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, to.wit:
<br />
<br />A. The design and construction of a portion of St0neridge
<br /> Drive, a public street, east and west of 1-680; including all
<br /> engineering design, construction bidding, and construction.
<br /> Construction shall include all fine and finish grading; all
<br /> concrete work, including curbs, gutters, and sidewalks;
<br /> street paving, including necessary aggregate base, subbase,
<br /> and aspbaltic concrete; storm drainage facilities including
<br /> all conduits and relating structures; all monuments, barri-
<br /> cades, street name signs, traffic regulatory signs;-all street
<br /> lighting, including electroliers and necessary trenching and
<br /> conduit-~and all other improvements and appurtenances neces-
<br /> sary for the completion of Stoneridge Drive East and West.
<br /> AfOrementioned work shall be done by the Department of Trans-
<br /> Station, State of California; and in accordance with State
<br />/~o California Specifications.

<br />The 'design and construction of Johnson Industrial Drive, a
<br />-~public street, including site right-of-way clearings, grading,
<br /> aggregate base and subbase, aspbaltic concrete, pavement striping,
<br /> street monuments, traffic regulatory and street signs, concrete
<br /> curbs, gutters and sidewalks; drainage facilities, including
<br /> conduit and necessary structure; water main, including valves,
<br /> fitting and all necessary appurtenances; street lighting, in-
<br /> cluding electrolists, trenching, and conduit, and all other
<br /> improvements and appurtenances necessary for the completion of
<br /> Johnson Industrial Drive from its present terminus south to
<br /> Stoneridge Drive East. All work encompassed above shall be
<br />
<br />done in accordance with the City of Pleasanton's Standard
<br />Details and Specifications and as per plans prepared by the
<br />Engineer of Work, MacKay & Somps, and dated April 1974.
<br />
<br />The land acquisition for the right of way required for the con-
<br />struction of Stoneridge Drive, East of 1-680, including neces-
<br />sary legal, engineering, city and other incidental fee items
<br />necessary for the completion of Assessment District No. 1974-4.
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED that said improvements to be constructed in
<br />
<br />the streets, avenues, lanes, courts, roads, places and/or public
<br />
<br />ways hereinabove described, will be of dimensions, materials, and
<br />in the particular locations, as set forth and shown on the plans
<br />
<br />and specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred
<br />
<br />together with the construction of all appurtenances thereto, includ-
<br />
<br />ing necessary fittings, trenchings, grading and regrading, excava-
<br />
<br />tion and fill, removal of obstructions, connections to existing
<br />
<br />
