RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 74-71

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE Ib~ROVE~NTS AND ACQUISITIONS
<br />TO BE MADE IN ASSESSNENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-3, STONE-
<br />RIDGE CENTER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY,
<br /> CALIFO~]IA

<br /> BE .IT PaSOLVED by the City Couhcil of the City of Pleasanton,
<br />Alameda County, California, that it is the intention of said City
<br />Council to order the following improvements and acquisitions to
<br />be made in Assessment District NO. 1974-3, Stoneridge Center, City of
<br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, to wit:
<br />
<br /> Construction of public improvements adjacent to
<br /> the Regional Shopping Center, including storm
<br /> drainage pipe, storm manholes, trenching and trench
<br /> backfill, sanitary sewer facilities, including sewer
<br /> pipe, pump, manholes, flushing inlets, pipe testing,
<br /> trenching and trench backfill, water distribution
<br /> system, including pipe, valves, fittings, fire hydrants
<br /> and other appurtenances; street signalization system,
<br />including all hardware and appurtenances; street
<br /> lighting, including electroliers, trenching and con-
<br /> duit, and all other improvements and appurtenances
<br /> necessary for the completion of publicimprovements
<br /> as shown on the plans for AsseSsmeOt Di trict No.ss
<br /> 1974-3, together with the acquisition o~ any nece ary
<br /> interests in real property.

<br />BE ITRESOLVED that said improvements to be constructed in
<br />
<br />the streets, avenues, lanes, courts, roads, places and/or public
<br />
<br />ways hereinabove described, will be of dimensions, materials, and
<br />in the particular locations, as set forth and shown on the plans
<br />and specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred to;
<br />together with the construction of all appurtenances thereto, includ-
<br />ing necessary fittings, trenchings, grading and regrading, excava-
<br />tion and fill, removal of obstructions, connections to existing
<br />
<br />services, back filling, reconstruction of existing ground surface
<br />
<br />as required to conditions existing prior to commencement of construc-
<br />tion, all in the manner, of the materials, and to the dimensions
<br />and to the grades, and in the particular locations as ~he same will
<br />be more fully sho~l on the plans and specifications and detailed
<br />
<br />drawings hereinafter referred to;
