RESOLUTION NO. 74-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasan- <br />ton, Alameda County, California, that MacKAY & SOMPS be, and they <br />are hereby, appointed as Engineer of Work for the doing of all neces- <br />sary engineering work and exercising all of the engineering functions. <br />provided for under the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of <br />1913 in connection with the improvements and acquisitions to be made <br />in proposed Assessment District No. 1974- 2, Stoneridge Center, City <br />-of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of the-said <br />MacKAY & SOMPS shall be as provided in the attached agreement; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of <br />Pleasanton be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof be <br />authorized to attest, that certain agreement employing the said <br />MacKAY & SO}~S as Engineer of Work for said assessment distriot. <br /> <br /> , , , <br /> <br /> I MEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof,, held on the <br />22ndday of April, 1974, by the fol!owing vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Philcox, Councilwoman Le Claire <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: Councilmen None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmen NOne <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
