RESOT-UTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO[~ APPROVING BOUNDARY .MAP <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of <br /> <br />the City of Pleasan~on, Alameda County, California, a map showing <br />the proposed boundaries of Assessment DiStrict NO. 1974-2, Stoneridge <br /> <br />'Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br />NOW, TIEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that that certain <br /> <br />map entitled, "Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1974-2, Stoneridge <br /> <br />Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California," is hereby <br /> <br />approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTtIER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said <br /> <br />map shall be filed with the County Recorder of the' County of Alameda, <br /> <br />in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, DIvision 4.5 of the <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> , ~. , , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof,.held on the <br />22ndday of April, 1974, by the following vote, to wit: ' <br /> <br />AYES: CounciLmen Herlihv, Kinney, Philcox.
