H. LAVVVMA JPA - that certain agreement entitled, "Amended and <br /> Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for the Livermore- <br /> Amador Valley Water Management Agency ("LAVVVMA"), entered <br /> into September 10, 1997, by and among the Cities of Livermore <br /> and Pleasanton, and the Dublin San Ramon Services District, as <br /> Member Agencies. <br /> <br /> LAVVVMA's EXPANSION PROJECT - the export pumping and <br /> pipeline expansion project for Wastewater disposal that increases <br /> the total design capacity of the LAVWMA system to 41.2 mgd <br /> PWVVF, consisting of an expansion component and a repair <br /> component. The expansion component includes a new pipeline <br /> which is intended to have a design capacity of 21 mgd PWWF, an <br /> expanded export pumping station and, at an appropriate time, a <br /> pump station funded by the City of Livermore and possible <br /> improvements to the LAVWMA sole-use interceptor. Construction <br /> of the new pipeline will be followed immediately by the repair <br /> component consisting of the relining or replacement of the existing <br /> pipeline which is intended to have a design capacity of 20.2 mgd <br /> PVVWF. <br /> <br /> J. mgd - Basic Agreement definition. <br /> <br /> K.
