Section 15. Miscellaneous <br /> <br />15.1 Phvsical ExaminationRVellness Program <br /> The City shall reimburse management personnel for the cost of an annual physical <br /> examination. The amount of the reimbursement shall not exceed $375.00 per year. In <br /> lieu of the physical examination reimbursement, management employees may <br /> participate in any Wellness Program offered by the City. <br /> <br />15.2 <br /> <br />Part-TIme EreDIovees <br /> <br />Management and confidential employees employed on either a regular one-half time <br />or regular three-quarter time basis shall receive prorated benefits as determined by the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />15.3 General Leave <br /> <br /> The City shall investigate implementing the concept of "general leave." <br /> <br />Page 18 of 30 <br /> <br /> <br />
