Prior to beginning grading or cons[ructiou oa the site, the appli- <br />cant shell prepare for approval by the City of Pleasanton a Con- <br />struction Phasing and Management Plan. <br />Impact to be Mitigated: Construction-related vehicles may impede normal tratTic movements and <br />damage existing roads. <br />Agency/Individual <br />Reapanaible for <br />Implemenla[ioo: Site developer <br />Implementation Timing: Prior to beginning grading or construction on the site <br />Mitigation Specifications: Prepare a haul route pursuant [o PUD Condition 77(b). Prepare a <br />Construction Phasing and Management Plan, which at a minimum, shall <br />include: <br />• A set of comprehensive traffic control measures, including <br />scheduling of major [ruck Vips and deliveries [o avoid peak <br />hours and to avoid the three largest-attendance events a[ the <br />Alameda County Fairgrounds (i.e., the CounTy Fair, the Good <br />Guys, and the Scottish Games); Zane closure procedures and <br />flogger stations; locations of signs, cones, and other warning <br />devices for drivers; use of steel plates to maintain traffic <br />operation of through lanes. <br />• Location of construction staging areas on the project site. <br />• Maintenance of through LrafSc on Bemal Avenue. <br />• Provision allowing City recovery of proportional costs related <br />to any damage attributable to developer's vehicles. <br />• Access pattern for ValleyBemal traffic signal (if this <br />intersection is to be used for construction traffic) to <br />accommodate northbound and southbound construction traffic <br />movements. <br />Agency/Individual <br />Responsible for City of Pleasantoq Public Works Department <br />Monitoring: <br />
