Traffic controls to assure pedestrian safety <br />will be required when [he trail within the corridor is developed. <br />Along the route of the Vail in the East Parcel, [he site plan should pay <br />particular attention to implementing a grade separation between the trail <br />and the residential lots, and/or adopting special fencing criteria and/or <br />landscaping [o maintain privacy and avoid nuisance and other problems. <br />PI1D Condition 32 requires the site developer to provide fencing, <br />landscaping, or other appropriate buffet. <br />Agency/Individual City of Pleasanton, Planning Department <br />Responsible for <br />Monitoring: <br />Action by Monitor: (I) Verify [hat specified measures are incorporated into the PUD <br />Development Plan and Development Agreement. <br />(2) Verify [ha[ measures are incorpom[ed into tentative subdivision and <br />parcel maps. <br />Monitoring Timing: (1) Prior to approval of the PUD Development Plan and Development <br />Agreement <br />(2) Prior to approval of the tentative subdivision and parcel maps <br />
