As part ojthe Phase II develop- <br />ment, acommunity park could 6e considered jar the currently urcplanrced public space. <br />Impact to be Mitigated: Potential for interference with the location of a 35-acre eommuniTy park on <br />[he Bernal property. <br />Agency/Individual <br />Responsible for <br />Implementation: City of Pleasanton <br />Implementation Timing: Prior to adoption of use plan For currently unplanned public space. <br />Mitigation Specifications: The proposed disposition of land in the planning area -under which 320 <br />acres will be transferred [o the City of Pleasanton -would allow the City <br />to implement this mitigation measure.
