The August, 2000 Specific Plan states (Fire Protection Guideline 2.2) that all street improvements are to be installed to allow satisfactory response From existing fire service locations and from the new station when it becomes operational, that all roads into and within the planning area are [o be available for public access (except the alleys as noted above), that traffic calming features are to be designed to allow emergency access, and that the planning area will not have gated roadways that restrict public access or hinder fire protection response capabilities. PUD Condition 63(h) requires that all public and private streets, driveways, aisles, and alleys designated as £re lanes be maintained in accordance with the Uniform Fire Code and that all roads on the site must be accessible at all times form the start of constmction until the project is completed.
