These programs call respec- <br /> tively for contingency planning for water shortages, installation of water <br /> conservation devices and drought-tolerant landscaping, utilization of <br /> water reclamation methods to [he fullest extent feasible, and education of <br /> citizens regarding conservation of water in the home and in landscaping. <br /> PUD Condition 55(a) requires use of water-saving plumbing fixtures and <br /> water-conserving landscaping as well as irrigation control systems that <br /> include water-saving features.
