CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-103 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br />(ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br />STREETS) TO ESTABLISH A 4-HOUR PARKING ZONE ON <br />OWENS COURT NORTtl OF OWENS DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution <br /> Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time mended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 1, 2000, the City Council received and discussed a report <br />(SR 00:220) from the Director of Public Works related to a request to create a <br />4-hour parking zone on Owens Court north of Owens Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add <br /> subsection 15o to Section 15 (Four t lour Zones). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOEI.OWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City <br />Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 15o 1 to Section 15 to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"15o-1 <br /> <br />Owens Court, on the west side, from Owens Drive extending 900 <br />feet to the north, which includes the bulb section of the Court." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become ett~ctive immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGUEARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING IIELD ON AUGUST 1, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
