The role of <br />housing developers will be important for rental properties in particular to provide <br />financing as well as access to forms of assistance such as acquisition and <br />rehabilitation tax credits. <br /> <br />I. Consultants. The City may seek consultams either periodically or on an <br />ongoing basis to assist with various aspects of the program, including outreach, <br />marketing, sales. and administration. The Lower Housing Fund can be used to <br />fund consultant services related to the City's Lower Income Housing Program. <br /> <br />J. Realtors. The services of local realtors may be utilized to provide assistance in <br />locating and purchasing available ownership and rental propertics. The City may <br />also contract with title companies to ensure an efficient property transti:r process. <br /> <br />K. Housing Commission. Thc City's Housing Commission will be responsible <br />for reviewing and recommending program policy and property purchascs to the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
