CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING <br />RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 18, 2000, the City Council received the report from the <br /> Housing Division (SR 00:202) regarding a proposed affordable housing residential <br /> propercy acquisition program; and <br /> <br />WHEREASI the Housing Commission reviewed the proposed program at its meeting of May <br /> 25, 2000 and rccorrmaended approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLI.OWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Affordable Housing Residential Property Acquisition Progratn, as <br />set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUI,Y 18, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
