CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 00-098 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED <br />VAL VISTA PARK EXPANSION, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-46 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for design review approval for the expansion of <br /> the Val Vista Park located at 6701 Payne Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning ibr the property is Parks mid Recreation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was before the City Council on July 18, 2000, at <br /> which time all pertinent testimony and docmnents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City Council determined that the proposed project, as conditioncd, is <br /> appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COLFNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PDR-46, the application of the City of Pleasanton for design <br />rcvicw approval for the expansion of the Val Vista Park located at 6701 Payne <br />Road, subject to the conditions sho~vn on "Exhibit B,' attached hereto and made a <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: l'his rcsolution shall bccome effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
