ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> OAK TREE FARM <br /> LANDSCAPE AND LIGtfrlNG MALNTENANCE DISTRICT, 1994-1 <br /> <br /> (Pm-suant to Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Oak Tree Farm Lighting and Landscape Maintr~ance <br />District, 1994-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City <br />Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Su~ets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which am the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of street lights, designated landscaped area.s, open space slopes, fuel <br /> ~ansition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, i~igation systems, trees in the <br /> open space and designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, <br /> together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6563, and 6748, and parcels B and C of <br /> ParceI Map 6259, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A - <br /> <br />PART B - <br />PART C - <br /> <br />Plans and specifications for the improvemeats are filed with the City Clerk. Although separately <br />bound, the plans and specifications am a part of this report and am included in it by refemce. <br /> <br />An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br />An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each bene~ted parcel of land within <br />the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D - <br />PART E - <br /> <br />A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount proposed to be <br />assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br />A diagram showing all of the peels of real property within this assessment district.
