ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br />BONDE RANCH LIGI-rrlNG AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Philip A. Philip, City Engineer, Engineer for Bonde Ranch Lighting and Landscape <br />Maintenance District, City of Ple~santon, Alameda County, California, makes this report, <br />as directed by the CiW Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Stnets and Highways <br />Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements which arc the subject of this Report arc briefly daseribcd as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The maintenance and repair of street lights, designated landscaped areas, <br />open space slopes, fuel transition zones (fk"e breaks), enh'y features, open <br />space drainage diWhcs, i_,rigation systems, trees in the open space and <br />designated landscaped areas, together with all appunenant and incidental <br />expenses within Tract 6483, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A- <br /> <br />Plans end specifications for the improvements filed with the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />PART B - <br /> <br />An estimate of the cost of the improvements. <br /> <br />PART C - <br /> <br />A list of the names and addresses of the owners of real property <br />within this assessment district, as shown on the last equalized <br />assessment roll for taxes, or as known to the Clerk. <br /> <br />PART D - <br /> <br />A statement of the method by which <br />determined the mount proposed to be <br />parcel. <br /> <br />the undersigned has <br />assessed against each <br /> <br />PART E - <br /> <br />A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within the <br />assessment district. <br /> <br />Respcctfiflly submiRed, <br /> <br />Philip A.
