C~rubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance Disuicl No. 1993- <br />1, Windsor, City of Pleasanton, Almeda County, California, makes tiffs report as directed by the City Council, <br />pursuant to Section 22585 of the Sl~--ets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting ACT of 1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements which arc the subject of this Report arc briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and ~palr of designated landscaped areas and open space are~, entry features, <br /> masonry soundwalls, common area drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees and planrings in <br /> dasi~naled landscaped areas, furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, and slxeet <br /> lights, togf~hcr with all appurmant and inc'xd~ntal expenses within Tract 6320, City of Pteasanton. <br /> <br /> This Report consists ofsLx pans, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A - Plans and speci.~cat/ons for the improvements filed with the City Clerk. <br /> P ART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefitted parcel offand <br /> within the Assessment Dis~-ict. <br /> <br /> PART D- A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the mount <br /> proposed to be assessed against each pascel. <br /> <br /> PART E - An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment <br /> district.
