ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br /> LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape District No. 1984-1, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, makes this report as direclod by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the <br />Su~ets and Highways Cod~ (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the subject of'.Jfis R~3on ~re briefly described as follows: <br /> <br />Landscaping, including t~ees, sitrubs and irrigation system, and rna.~nry walls alX as delineated <br />on the landscape and irrigation plans for Tract 5257 (Phase llI Landscape District 1984-1). <br /> <br />Said improvements am within the following areas: <br /> <br />Norhh of Corte de Floras on the west side of Paseo Santa Cruz approximately 160 feet <br />long by 6 feet wide, and norhh_ of Cone Paci~ca on the east side of Paseo S~nta Cruz <br />appwximataly 1,370 feet long by 6 feet wide. <br /> <br />This Report consist~ of five par~, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A Plans and specifications for the improvements constructed in 1985. <br /> <br /> PART B An estimate of the cost for maintenance of the existing improvements and proposed <br /> · improvements. <br /> <br /> PAP, T C An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benelitted parcel offand <br /> within the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D <br /> <br />PART E <br /> <br />A statement describing the method by which the mount proposed to be assessed against <br />each parcel was determined. <br /> <br />An assessment diagram which shows each pro'eel of real properly within the ~,.sess~ent <br />district.
