CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLU'HON NO. 00-080 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND <br />LEVYING THE 2000-01 ASSESSMENT FOR LANDSCAPE DISTRICT <br />1984-1 (PONDEROSA HOMES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 20, 2000 <br /> on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Landscape <br /> Assessment District 1984-1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City Council conrims the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />The City Council hereby levies the 2000-01 annual assessmems in connection <br />with Landscape Assessment District No. 1984-1, as described in the Engineer's <br />Report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective imn~ediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
