CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 94-149 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR <br /> DEBORAH ACOSTA AS CITY M,4~AGER OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Deborah Acosta was appointed City Manager of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> March 5, 1990; and <br /> <br />WEEREAS, the salary and benefits for the position were most recen~y established by the <br /> adoption of Resolution No. 91-50; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in order to amend the City Manager's <br /> compensation resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TI-.IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The annual salary for the City Manager shall remain $102,I20. <br />Section 2: A one time payment of $2,042, representing 2 % of the annual salary, is granted. <br /> <br />Section 3: All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution No. <br /> 91-50 remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 4: The 1994-95 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CER'IIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEET/'NG H~.LD ON DECEMBER 13, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOK~: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Michael H.
