Resolution No. 94-145 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />55. <br /> <br />56. <br /> <br />57. <br /> <br />58. <br /> <br />59. <br /> <br />60. <br /> <br />61. <br /> <br />Police Conditions <br /> <br />If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an alarm <br />system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be <br />installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />The developer shall seek City Council approval to allow on-site regulation of the Vehicle <br />Cede for the shopping center. <br /> <br />Engineering Conditions <br /> <br />The developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br />engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br />concrote-llned V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow. <br />This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the <br />Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />The developer shall submit detailed landscape and irrigation plans as part of the <br />improvement plans. These plans should include, where applicable, a street tree planting <br />plan and landscape plans for medians, buffer strips, and any right-of-way landscape <br />areas. The irrigation plan shall provide for automatic controls. <br /> <br />All cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized as soon as possible after <br />completion of grading. <br /> <br />The developer shall submit an erosion and iediment~tion contwl plan or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans. Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be <br />rovegetated and stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between Oetobar 16 and <br />April 15 shall be revegetated and restabilized as soon as possible after completion of <br />grading. <br /> <br />The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the improvement <br /> <br />The developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior <br />to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond <br />will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />63. The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this <br /> development shall be subject te final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
