CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE OAK TREE FARM GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT RESOLUTION NO. 94-136 RESOLUTION API~OINTING OFFICERS FOR THE OAK Ir~EE FARM GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMEqT DISTRICT WHEREAS, on November 15, 1994, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton adopted Resolution No. 94-135, approving the formation of a geologic hazard abatement district ("GHAD") for the Oak Tree Farm project area; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 94-135, the City Council appointed the City Council as the Board of Directors for the Oak Tree Farm GHAD for the maximum term provided by Division 17 (Section 26500 et sea_.) of the Public Resources Code; and WHEREAS, Public Resources Code Section 26583 et se~_. requires the Board of Directors to appoint a Treasurer and Clerk of the GHAD and permits the Board to appoint other such officers and delegates thereto as are appropriate in the circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE OAK TREE FARM GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Board hereby appoints the City Finance Director, currently Susan Rossi, to act as the Treasurer for tbe Oak Tree Farm GHAD for a term that shall be eoterminous with that of the Board. Section 2: The Board hereby appoints the City Clerk, currently Peggy Ezidro, to act as the Clerk of the Oak Tree Farm (~HAD for a term that shall be cotermthous with that of the Board. Section 3: The Board hereby appoints the City Engineer, currently Randall Lum, to act as the General Manager of the Oak Tree Farm GHAD for a term that shall be cotenninous with that of the Board. Section 4: The Board hereby delegates to the General Manager of the Oak Tree Farm GHAD, the following powers of the GHAD: (i) The management and directing on an every day basis of the operations and staff on the GHAD; and
