W. This Agreement shall run with the land, inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon any <br />and all heirs, assigns, and successors in interest of District having an interest in the property <br />described in Recital A except for purchasers of completed homes constructed in compliance with <br />the Specific Plan. <br /> <br />V. This Agreement shall have no benefit to third parties in interest, and City shall have no <br />obligation to any such party with respect to the matters covered by this Agreement. <br /> <br />VI. This Agreement shall be recorded in the Offices of the County Recorder of Alameda <br />County. Upon completion of the project by District, the City will, upon request, execute a <br />recordable instrument removing this Agreement from the chain of title on the project site. The <br />City Manager is hereby authorized to execute such instruments on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />VII.
