CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COLrNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 94-121 RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL AND UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION, APPROVING A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT FOR GAlL LEW, AS FILED UNDER CASE AP-94-08/UP-94-57 WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 14, 1994, the Planning Commission conditionally approvexl a home occupation permit for piano lessons at a home at 2145 Camino Brazos; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential - Minimum 6,500 square foot lot size); and WI-IEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Gall Lew submitted to the City Council an appeal of the Planning Commission decision; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on October 18, 1994, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RF~OLVES AS FOLLOWS: Denies the appeal (AP-94-08) and upholds the Planning Commission decision approving an application for a non-exempt home occupation permit to extend the hours for piano lessons previously approved with a home occupation permit received in 1987, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to the appellant with a notice that she has ninety (90) days following the date of adoption of this resolution in which to seek judicial review of this action of the City Council.
