CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 -110 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />19941, OAK TREE FARM (Pursuant to the Landscaping and <br />Lighting Act of 1972) <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: <br />On this date the City Council adopted its Resolution Initiating Proceedings for the <br />formation of the Oak Tree Farm Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District <br />and directed the preparation and filing of an Engineer's Report on the proposed <br />formation. <br />Section 2: The Engineer for the proceedings has filed an Engineer's Report with the City <br />Clerk. <br />Section: Owners of all land within the boundaries of the proposed assessment district have <br />filed their consent to the formation for the proposed district without notice of <br />hearing, and to the adoption of the Engineer's Report and levy of assessment <br />stated therein. <br />Section 4: Orders the improvements and the formation of the assessment district described <br />in the Resolution Initiating Proceedings and in the Engineer's Report. <br />Section 5: Confirms the diagram and assessment contained in the Engineer's Report, and <br />levies the assessment for the fiscal year 1995 -96. <br />Section 6: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 20, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES- Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Scribner <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />!aietiAti __ <br />Peggy !74'ro, Ci 1 Jerk <br />APPROVED TO FORM: <br />Michael Michael H.
