CITY COI/NCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-109 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PROCEEDINGS FOR <br />LIGIflING AND LANDSCAPE MAI~Th'%IANCE DISTRICT <br />1994-1, OAK TREE FAR/vl (Pursuant to the Landscaping and <br />Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TrrlB CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council proposes to form an assessment district pursuant to the <br />Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (Section 22500 and following, Streets and <br />I-Iighways Code) for the purpose of the following improvements: <br /> <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, <br />fuel wansilion areas (fire breaks), entry features, street lights, open space <br />drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and designated <br />landscaped areas, and the furnishing of water and pewec for irrigation systems, <br />together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6563, end <br />parcels B and C, Parcel Map 6359, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The proposed assessment district shall be designated Oak Tree Farm Lighting and <br />Landscape Maintenance District, 1994-1, City of Plea~nton, County of Alameda, <br />California, and shall include the land shown on the Tract Map 6563. as well as <br />parcels B and C of parcel Map 6359. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Jack Young is hereby designated engineer for the purpose of these formation <br />proceedings. The City Council hereby directs the engineer to prepaxe and ~e <br />with the City Clerk a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of the <br />Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage end adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
