CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTTON NO. 94-108 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING EMERGENCY VEHICLE <br />ACCESS EASEMENTS ON PARCELS A, B, AND C OF <br />PARCEL MAP 6359 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton was granted certain non-exclusive easements for emergency <br />vehicular access purposes, as set forth in those certain Grants of Easement <br />recorded March 1, 1994, Instrument Nos. 94-079839 and 94-079840, Alameda <br />County Records, on Parcels A, B and C of Parcel Map 6359, filed April 28, <br />1993, Book 205 of Parcel Maps, Pages 76 and 77, Alameda County Records, as <br />more particularly described in said Grants of Easement; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 20, 1994, the City Council received a staff report <br />(SR 94:326) recommending that the emergency vehicle access easements on <br />Parcels A, B, and C of Parcel Map 6359, as referenced above, be vacated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />i n 1: Pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code and based upon the <br />findings in SR 94:326, the emergency vehicle access easements on Parcels A, B, <br />and C of Parcel Map 6359 are not required for the City's purposes pursuant to <br />Section 8333 of [he Streets and Highways Code; and accordingly, the emergency <br />vehicle access easements described in the Grants of Easement described above aze <br />hereby vacated. <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause a certified wpy of this resolution of vacation to be <br />recorded in the Office of the Alameda County Recorder. <br />Section 3: That from and after the date the resolution is recorded, the easements vacated no <br />longer constitute emergency vehicle access easements. <br />
