C1TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO, <br />040 TO LOCAL AGIKNCY-STATE AGIIIw. P, IENT FOR <br />FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO, 04-5101 STONERIDGE <br />DRIVE AND FOO'rnH~L ROAD SIGNAL OPTIMIZATION <br /> <br />WItEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement for the Federal-Aid <br />Program with the Smt~ of California on August 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal <br />Highway Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities has received from Calms the <br />approved Program Supplement No. 040 which provides $17,000 Federal CMAQ <br />money and $2,202 State Traffic System Management (TSM) funds, and commits <br />$1,798 of Ple~-_ton's budgeted labor for C1P Project No. 925038. <br /> <br />NOW, TI~alLEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council approves the Program Supplement No. 040 to Local Agency- <br />State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. 04-5101 for replacement of traffic <br />signal master computer. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CER'LLFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOFrED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 6, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, and PicA:. <br />None <br />Councilmember Sc~bner and Mayor Taxwe <br />None <br /> ATrEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
