OF THE CTTY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-88 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL AND UPHOLDING <br />THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMrf FOR R & 5 <br />LAWN SERVICE <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 22, 1994, the Planning Commission approved Case <br />UP-94-16/Z-94-52, the applicator of R Br S Lawn Service for a conditonal use <br />permit to establish a landscape maintenance service and design review approval <br />fora 3,000 sq. ft. storage garage to be located at 201 Spring Street; and <br />WHEREAS, wring for the property is Central Commercial, Downtown Revitalization Overlay <br />District, Core Area Overlay District; and <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the City Council <br />submitted an appeal of the decision; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before [he City Council on August 2, 1994, at which <br />fime all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />i n 1: Denies Case AP-94-06, thereby upholding the approval of the Planning <br />Commission of Case UP-94-16 and Z-94-52, the application of R & S Lawn <br />Service for a conditional use permit ro establish a landscape maintenance business <br />with an office and on-site storage of trucks and equipment and design review <br />approval for a proposed 3,000 square foot storage garage and related site <br />improvements to be located at 201 Spring Street, subject to the conditions set <br />forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />
