CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 -103 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FIVE -YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 1994-95 THROUGH 1998 -99 <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager presented a staff report (SR 93:242) to the City Council <br />outlining Proposed Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years 1994 -95 <br />through 1998 -99; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 19, 1994, the City Council reviewed the proposed Capital <br />Improvement Program and a public hearing was held to afford the public the <br />opportunity to comment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council approves and adopts the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program <br />for fiscal years 1994-95 through 1998 -99 as set forth in Staff Report 93:242, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2: Appropriates the funding as indicated in the program to meet fiscal year 1994 -95 <br />projects. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON JULY 19, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ATTEST: <br />Peggy L.
