City of Pleasanton 1 <br />A(2 <br />STAFF REPORT <br />July 19, 1994 <br />City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Adoption of the City's Five Year Capital Improvement Program <br />for the Fiscal Years 1994 /95 through 1998/99 <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the City Council: <br />1. Adopt the proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for <br />Fiscal Years 1994 /95 through 1998/99 identifying any <br />proposed amendments deemed appropriate by the Council <br />including moving the Municipal Golf Course project from the <br />"Other Unfunded" projects category to the "High Priority" <br />projects category. <br />2. Appropriate the revenues and approve project expenditures for <br />Fiscal Year 1994/95 as stated in the CIP. <br />SUMMARY: Each year the City adopts a Five Year Capital Improvement Program <br />to assure that infrastructure and capital improvement needs are <br />adequately addressed and planned. The proposed Capital <br />Improvement Program establishes a course of action to meet <br />improvement needs over the next five years.
