CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLF_ASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-73 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING ',tHE HACIENDA DESIGN <br />GUIDELINES FOR SIGN TYPE 2 (DIRECTORY SIGN) <br />REQU]REMENTS (PUD-81-30-Z8M/PUD-85-8-10M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 15, 1994, the City Council approved an comprehensive <br /> revision to the Hacienda Design Guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at that hearing requests were made to revise directory signs to allow additional <br /> tenant names to be added; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council reviewed the staff report (SR 94:209) presented by the Direstor of <br />Planning and Community Development concerning this issue at its meeting of <br />June 2i, 1994; and <br /> <br />minor alterations in land use limitations are categorically exempt (Class 5) from <br />requirements of the California Environmental Q,,~llty Act (CEQA) therefore no <br />environmental document was prepared for this application; <br /> <br />NOW, T~q~I~EFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PI ,F, ASANTON RF_SOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section h <br /> <br />Approves the revised requirements for Sign Type 2 (directory sign) of the <br />Hacienda Design Guidelines, as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hemto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Seelion 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTII~Y THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 21, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Dennis, Molar, Pico, and Scribner <br /> <br />Michael H.
