CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 94-71 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING A 1994-95 INTERIM <br /> OFERATING BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current fiscal year ends on June 30, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed 1994-95 Operating Budget will not be presented for adoption prior <br /> to July 1, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City would be without legal authority to spend after June 30, 1994, without <br /> axt appropriation of funds; <br /> <br />NOW, T~r~;~BFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Adopts a 1994-95 Interim Operating Budget in the amount of the current 1993-94 <br /> Operating Budget, appropriating funds accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 2: Direeta staff to conduct normal operations under the direction of the City <br /> Manager until a final 1994-95 Operating Budget is approved. <br /> <br />Section 3: Appropriates funds for all lease/installment payments scheduled for 1994-95. <br /> <br />Seelion 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HBREBY CERTIFY THAT TIlE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 21, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Vice Mayor Dennis <br />None <br />Mayor Ta, rver <br />None <br /> <br />Michael H.
