CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-68 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br />IMPROVE1VI~NrS, LANDSCAPE ASSESSNIFNT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1984-1 (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act or <br />1972) <br /> <br />NOW, TKEKF~OP~, TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council intends to levy and collet assessments within Landscape <br />Assessment District No. 1984-1 during fiscal year 1994-95. The area of land to <br />be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Construction and maintenance of a landscape strip along the Arroyo de la Laguna <br />between Pleasanton Canal and the Arroyo del Valle. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />In accordance with this Councirs resolution directing the filing of an annual <br />report, RandalI A. Lure, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the <br />report required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested <br />persons are referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the <br />improvements, the boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots and parcels <br />of land within the assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />On TUesday, the 5th day of July 1994, at the hour ofT:00 p.m., the City Council <br />will conduct a public heating on the question of the levy of the proposed annual <br />assessment. The hearing will be located in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old <br />Bemal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 5: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the notice of heating required <br /> by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> <br />
