CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIt~ORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT A LANDSCAPE <br />MAINTENANCE BUSINESS (R & S LAWN SERVICE) IS A <br />CONDITIONAL USE IN THE CENTRAL CONII~IERCIAL <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />the Planning Commission made a determination that a landscape maintenance <br />business, with an office and on-site storage of trucks and equipment, should be <br />considered a cenditional use in the C-C (Central Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHY_,REAS that decision was appealed by the City Council for further review; and <br /> <br />on May 3, 1994, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council <br />at which time the applicant and other members of the public were offered an <br />opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal; and <br /> <br />WH~,EAS, the City Council ic~versed the decision of the Planning Commission and <br /> determined that such business was not permitted in the C-C District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council agreed to reconsider its decision and a public hearing was held <br /> on June 7, 1994; <br /> <br />NOW, THEKEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF PLEASANTON KESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council upholds the P]anning Commission determination that a <br />landscape maintenance service, with an office and on-site storage of trucks and <br />equipment, is a conditionally permitted use in the C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District. <br /> <br /> <br />
