BAAQMD Regulation 13, Rule I Requirement <br /> <br />I3-1-403 Employee Transportation Coordinator fETC): Employers must have an <br />ETC(s) as specified within this section. <br /> <br /> 403.1 Employers shall appoint an ETC for each affected work site. Employers with <br />multiple affected work sites within the District may. appoint one ETC for more than one <br />work site. even when these work sites are located in different zones, <br /> <br /> 403.2 ETCs must complete an APCO-certi~ed training curriculum within nine (9) <br />months of the effective dates of this rule as specified in Section 13-1-401, or within six (6) <br />months of appointment when appointed after the initial nine (9) month time frame. <br /> <br />403.3 The employer may apply to the APCO for a waiver from the training <br />requirement ~f Sabsection 13-1-403.2 when an ETC has one or more years of experience in <br />trip reducaon or equivalent skills. <br /> <br />403.4 An ETC may also serve as the Employer Program Manager provided that the <br />individual meets the criteria specified in Section 13-1-213. <br /> <br />Local Jurisdiction TRO Requirement <br /> <br />Section Number(s): 17.24.030 TDM Requirements <br /> <br />Will the local jurisdiction require training in addition to the APCO-certified <br />cumcdiam? <br /> <br />Will the local jurisdi~ion provide waivers from the training requirement?
