W}.~EREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 74-200 RE: REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR GRADING AND DRAINAGE OF 3 1/2 ACRES OF WOODTHRUSH PARK, AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM, AND TURFING AND WALICWAYS TO i'~UNKDALE BROTHERS, INC. AND AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL $5,000.00 ALLOCATED FROM REVENUE SHARING FUNDS FOR THE PROJECT the City prepared plans and specifications for the grad- ing and drainage of 3 1/2 acres (entire site), automatic irrigation system, turfing and walkways at Woodthrush Park; and pursuant to Government Code ~37900, et seq., the City Engineering Services Department advertised for bids re- garding this project; and the bid of Hunkdale Brothers, Inc. was the lowest respon- sible bid; and the City had, by Resolution NO. 73-105, adopted on June 11, 1973, allocated certain Revenue Sharing Funds for capital improvement facilities in the area of recrea- tion-culture; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1.
