SCALE OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES <br /> (Continued) <br /> <br />Overtime Rates: Not less than one and one-half (1-1/2) times the <br />above rates plus applicable employer payments. <br /> <br />Employer payments other than those itemized above, as defined in <br />Section 1773.1 of the Labor Code, are to be paid in accordance with <br />the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement applicable to the <br />type or classification of the workmen or mechanics employed on the <br />project. <br /> <br />Sundays and Holidays: Not less than One and one-half (1-1/2) times <br />the above rates. The holidays upon which such rates shall be paid <br />shall be all holidays recognized in the Collective Bargaining Agreement <br />applicable to the particular craft, classification or type of workmen <br />employed on the project. <br /> <br />Health and Welfare, Pension and Vacation benefits are in addition to <br />the above amounts. <br /> <br />Anything to the contrary in the above wage scale nofwithstanding, the <br />Contractor and all subcontractors under him shall pay all their laborers, <br />workmen, mechanics and employees on said work a salary or wage at least <br />equal to the prevailing salary or wage for the same quality of service <br />rendered to private persons, firms or corporations under similar employ- <br />ment in the County of Alameda. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />(Page ~o) <br /> <br /> <br />
